Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to PO Boxes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Stolen Packages
HiddenCandles.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your carrier or neighbors. If you are unable to resolve the issue, please contact us at alex@hiddencandles.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
